I had to have a BMW towed to their shop due to an engine problem. They were able to get the car in for diagnostics and let me know the issue the next day. Not only was their fee very reasonable, they stayed in touch with me all along. Even though it was brief, this was the BEST service I've ever received from a car shop. 100 times better than any dealership I've ever been to. If you are lucky enough to have Jenny on your issue, you will never feel like you are in the dark with your repairs. TELL EVERYONE IN THE ST. CLOUD AREA to get their car serviced at Advanced Repair! This place is a unicorn!

That is just simply AMAZING, Ken. It truly fills my heart when a see a review like this. It feels so good, to see when people get how much heart and soul we put into what we do, when our customer is TRULY SATISFIED. That is our ultimate goal here. It helps us sleep at night, as well. I was anticipating having to spend about $350 to repair my vehicle. I called for a quote and received a call back within a few minutes. To my surprise, Advanced Repair got me in the same day and fixed the problem. Best of all, they were able to fix it for $50! Thanks again for the honesty, expertise, and great service.
