Used to be my favorite mechanic in st cloud to do work on my vehicles. However I had an emergency trailer cable that needed to be replaced I explained over the phone Jenny told me they would take it on but I'd have to leave the trailer there to fit it in when they can. Great full that someone would take it on as I can't haul without trailer lights which is my source of income. I drove 10 miles illegally across town to have them work on it. When I get there was told with frustration from the other owner that they would not do it. Thankfully snappy had also said they would do it and to drop it off and they even had to fix it outside

Sorry for any misunderstanding. What Jenny understood over the phone, and what was actually needed were very different. I am happy that you were able to find someone willing to do the work close by. Sorry , but I will not subject my technicians to working outside in subzero temperatures. If you would like to discuss this further, feel free to reach out to me at 320-253-6295. They always give it to me straight. Also if the car needs a lot of work they always let me know what can wait or what has to be done right away.
