I had to have a BMW towed to their shop due to an engine problem. They were able to get the car in for diagnostics and let me know the issue the next day. Not only was their fee very reasonable, they stayed in touch with me all along. Even though it was brief, this was the BEST service I've ever received from a car shop. 100 times better than any dealership I've ever been to. If you are lucky enough to have Jenny on your issue, you will never feel like you are in the dark with your repairs. TELL EVERYONE IN THE ST. CLOUD AREA to get their car serviced at Advanced Repair! I was anticipating having to spend about $350 to repair my vehicle. I called for a quote and received a call back within a few minutes.
