It was my first time going there because the location was convenient to where I live. When I first stepped in, the lady was very nice and friendly. I went to pick up my car after couple of hours and the guy was very helpful and friendly as well. He gave me some additional info about their service and some info in regards to my vehicle--Best Customer Service ever! Quick and Easy!

I will never go anywhere else! These people are awesome! Especially Jenny. Great smile! She is so knowledgeable and friendly, you would think that she is a mechanic herself! She educates about the work that they recommend and I NEVER feel taken advantage of! If you're not taking your vehicles to Advanced Repair, you're missing out on an exceptional experience!

Jaimie, Jenny and their crew are always honest, helpful, timely and courteous. This time I had what seemed like a simple task...changing a burnt out headlight...but because newer cars make this task more cumbersome, took longer. They had this light changed out in about 30 minutes when another place we went to previously (due to scheduling) were spending about the same time trying to figure out how to solve the problem. I searched for several years for a reliable auto repair service in the St. Cloud area. I've now been a customer at Advanced Repair for over 8 years, and not once has the staff there disappointed me! Fair pricing, and highly trained mechanics combine to provide a high level of confidence in their services and service recommendations.

Kind, Courteous to not only myself but the other customers in the room. I saw no difference in how myself (who knew what i was doing) and another customer (who clearly did not) were being treated.
