Went in needing oil change and brake pads put on. Left with an 80 dollar inspection charge, a ticking motor, and tried telling me i needed rotors and wouldnt put pads on without them.. (knowing i told them just pads before they started) all in all for almost 300 bucks, i dont think i will return there.. Polite workers tho

Hi Travis, thank you for the feedback. I just looked at your repair order and we DID put in pads only , at your request and changed your oil. We did NOT charge an $80 inspection fee. Our inspection fee was $30 , and we inspected multiple problems at your request. Your total bill was just over $200, NOT $300. I would hope you contact me personally , so we can understand what went so wrong . We are always striving to improve our customer experience in any way possible.

My car was brought in Monday morning, had it back Tuesday afternoon.. Very quick turnaround time. Jamie answered all of my questions and gave some advice on what do do if thhe problems get worse. He informed me that they would check the power steering system each time I bring in my car for any service. Shows that they care about their customers and their vehicles. I cannot stress enough how awesome everyone at Advanced repair is.

Great experience. Fixed everything quickly and got me in on short notice. Jenny always tells you what needs repair and what can wait. They even changed the air in my tires for free.
