I now spend summers here and winter in Arizona. I called Toyota to schedule an oil change before returning to AZ. After cycling thru the automated phone system, I was connected to an "oil change service" writer. She told me her earliest appointment would be October 20th. I called on Monday October 3rd. I did a search after hanging up. Found good reviews on Advanced Repair. Called and talked to Jim(?) and he said he could get me in the next day at 10 AM or 2 PM. I arrived at 10 next day and told the woman I had a 10 appt and she said yes, Dennis? Said I would like to have tire pressure @ 34PSI for travel with load in back of SUV. I also asked if they could check battery and reset oil change reminder. Answer, yes, yes, yes. I sat down for the usual Toyota one hour wait. I left less than half an hour later with all systems done and checked. Bill was less than Toyota charges. Needless to say I won't be going back to Toyota. See you next summer people. Thanks for fast, courteous, competent service.

Brought it in because my tire would not inflate, they got done with it and told me they were able to put air in it and sent me on my way. They were very honest as for most places would charge you even if there was nothing wrong.
