Saint Cloud Auto Repair

As usual, a great experience at Advanced. Jen and Jamey showed me the new digital platform they use to quickly inspect the vehicle and merge any other found issues with my original repair request. I checked off everything that was critical to daily driving, and we put off a few others for a month due to time constraints. Then Joe did his usual magic on my car without a hitch. New tires, oil change, battery and a tune up with new plugs and TBI cleaning. This is the best repair shop in Minnesota, and I drive from the Twin Cities to take my car here. This is the first time I’ve been to a shop in st cloud that worked with me. They were super nice and flexible with everything. I have a lot of things wrong with vehicle that I know about and only wanted a specific service. They weren’t pushy about fixing everything and just focused on the part that I asked and were very understanding. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I was referred here for a quick fix. New guy was friendly and professional with a smile, mechanics were also.

Advanced is the real deal. Trust is the most important detail about them. They are genuinely professional and prideful in their work. They don't beat around the bush and they don't take advantage by nickel and diming. When it came to my van, they outlined a few different options for me and advised me on the best option for my budget. The final result is a happy customer-business relationship.
