Techs very detail oriented. Found a defective oil filter (gremlin )rather than charge excessive diagnostics and complete unnecessary work. I’m amazed at they’re thoroughness!

Very helpful. Both Jenny and Jami work with you and your budget in setting priorities for multiple repairs. They understand your safety comes first. Friendly, nice staff and a clean and organized shop. After moving back from Bemidji to St. Cloud it took a few years to find a good mechanic.

This is exactly what we are all about and I couldn't have said it better myself, Mike. We truly appreciate you and the kind words that you pass on about us to people that you know. Thank you so much for all that you do to encourage us to always be the best that we can be. You're the greatest!

Great diagnostic technicians on staff. Keeps the customer informed of what they've found to fixed. Friendly and personal with the customer. Honest in their appraisal of the problem identified, and give you alternative solutions if it can be done in a safe and effective manner.

This is the only place I bring my car to be serviced. Friendly, helpful and trustworthy is how I describe everyone I have met there. No one talks me into fixing something that isn’t broken. I appreciate that they keep me informed on how my car is running and tell me about parts I should fix the next time I’m there.

You and Rich are SO appreciated!!! We love you guys like family! I just looked and it looks like we have an anniversary coming up, you and us. You guys first visited us on March 6, 2002. Can you believe it!!?? You guys brought in a marron colored 1990 van for a water pump. Do you even remember that van? LOL Amazing how time flies, we were all much younger then to.. hehe Thank you and your family for supporting us all of these years, customers like you mean the world to us, we couldn't have done it without you - (insert hug here)
