Suspected brake problems and stopped to see when I could get an appointment. Got in immediately and in a couple hours was back on the road with new front and rear brakes. Very satisfied.

Honestly, the best Auto shop I have been to. I drive from the St. Paul to bring my cars back to Cloud just for this shop. Quality work, no over charging and they give you a full vehicle report. They want you to be a customer that comes back because of quality customer service.

I was able to drop off/pickup my Saturn after hours and conduct all interactions via call/text, which is a huge weight off my shoulders. You can see the detailed vehicle report, cost estimates, and even pay all online. They are very flexible and understanding. I've been going here for years and its been a positive experience every time.
