Great diagnostic technicians on staff. Keeps the customer informed of what they've found to fixed. Friendly and personal with the customer. Honest in their appraisal of the problem identified, and give you alternative solutions if it can be done in a safe and effective manner.

This is the only place I bring my car to be serviced. Friendly, helpful and trustworthy is how I describe everyone I have met there. No one talks me into fixing something that isn’t broken. I appreciate that they keep me informed on how my car is running and tell me about parts I should fix the next time I’m there.

You and Rich are SO appreciated!!! We love you guys like family! I just looked and it looks like we have an anniversary coming up, you and us. You guys first visited us on March 6, 2002. Can you believe it!!?? You guys brought in a marron colored 1990 van for a water pump. Do you even remember that van? The ONLY shop I'll use simply because I know every time I come to them I am getting the truth on what my car needs fixed right now as well as what they suggest to be done in the near future. Other shops seem to just try to upsell you on unnecessary fixes but you won't have that experience here. They truly treat you like you are a part of their family and that's one of the reasons why I keep coming back to them.
