Always loved their service! They've done a few repairs on my old Rav4 and have always been satisfied. They talk to you like a person, unlike other places I've been to who just wants your money!

Clean shop, comfortable waiting area. Friendly staff. The prices are very reasonable. They are clear on what needs to be fixed - and only that! The technition diagnosed a few other issues that could be done at a later date, if I chose to. They were HONEST and not pushy. Jamie (sp?), one of the owners even said "If it were me, I wouldn't do it." Then, he printed out an itemized estimate for my records. This is the first time I've ever encountered a repair shop that didn't try to milk me for every dollar. I have already given their name h number to all of my family members. A BIG THANK YOU TO ADVANCED REPAIR!! Edit: after reviewing some of these "ONE star" reviews- I'm shocked and saddened that some of them were for work that hadn't even been done...A poor way to leave a review. I will also add that I was referred to Advanced Repair by a friend but also tried to look it up on Google and there were a few shops with very similar names. This makes me wonder if there was some confusion over the similarity of the actual name? After my experience and the experience of my friend's -I find it hard to believe that anyone would give Advanced Repair a one-star review.

Was not happy at all with the customer service that was provided to me when I arrived. I emailed them for my appointment and they were amazing and nice but when I showed up they were rude and nasty.

Jamey and Jenni are amazing!! My wife loving bring our cars in to see Jamey and Jenni at Advanced Repair Inc. They are 100% honest, and very knowledgeable. We have purchased new tires from Advanced Repair Inc, fast oil changes on your cars, and some minor repairs.

Very professional and fair. Helped me out when other places couldn't. I would highly recommend this place. Top notch customer service.

The best shop to have service done in central mn hands down. Reliable, efficient, and most importantly honest. They will make your auto repairs not seem like a burden and really go out of their way to make you feel confident in your vehicle when you drive away. Thank you for all your hard work!!
