They are friendly and eager to work with you to find the right combination of repairs needed immediately, services needed in the near future and customer budget. My daughter's car broke down in St. Cloud. I don't live there but had to set up a tow through my insurance and they had it brought to Advanced Repair. They were beyond nice and helpful during a stressful situation for me. They made it a quick fix and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of because I wasn't there in person to deal with it. I have had that happen more times than I like to think about. My daughter is a college student in St. Cloud and if (probably when) she has any car issues we will be going back to Advanced Repair. And I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know in need of service.

Very personal and gets you in and out fast for oil and tire rotation.

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and because of their great attention to complete servicing they discovered I had a leaking water pump, bad serpentine belt,and my tail lights were shorted out. I appreciate the thoroughness of their service. Any one of those items could have caused serious problems and more expense of not detected ashen they were. Thank you for the good work.
