After years of going to a variety of shops and always feeling like I'm getting the run around one way or another I went to Advanced Repair and have never looked back. Now have gone to Advanced Repair for years for any repair or service, they are simply the most knowledgeable, friendly, and above all trustworthy auto repair service I have ever seen or heard of. Have recommended them to numerous co-workers, friends, and family and everyone thanks me for the tip once they go there. Jamey and Jen are outstanding people to work with, simply the best. -Jeff

I was so glad to hear that Advanced Repair is able to install remanufactured hybrid batteries with the warranty they put on their work to boot. I definitely wish I had gone to Advanced Repair to replace my hybrid battery. I'd love to see them advertise this more because I had to search for anywhere other than a dealership that offered this service in St. Cloud and ultimately had to leave town to get this service at an affordable rate.

Always excellent, thoughtful service with proper explanations of what we are working. no push to do everything immediately but thoughtful about maintenance at the same time. An excellent balance of customer service.

Amazing service! I called to see if I could get a same day oil change and the man on the phone was super polite and answered all my questions and even arranged to have Jenny from the office drive me back to work after dropping my car off! I had never been here before and the fact that they would go above and beyond for a new customer was astonishing and a relief! When I walked in at the end of my work day to pick my car back up, they new me by name and were courteous and friendly!! The mechanic did make note of things on my car to be aware of and they reviewed them all with me, but never pressured anything!! One of my biggest pet peeves when leaving my car for an oil change, is that they never lock my car when they're done, even though I lock it when I drop it off...not here! When I returned to pick it up, my car was locked! This is the first time that's ever happened where they leave my car exactly how they found it! Plus, unlike other places, my steering wheel didn't feel grimy or sticky! I highly recommend them!
