They always get our vehicles in and out in a sufficient amount of time so there is little to no impact on our day-to-day operations. We appreciate their efficient and effective service every time we take one of our vehicles to them. They have been our go-to auto maintenance repair service provider for quite a few years.

I asked the NAPA auto parts store for repair shops that used their parts. They gave me a list of shops. After looking over reviews and outcomes of customers, I chose Advanced Auto. When I called for an appointment and explained the issue, I was told to bring my car in the next day and they would work it in. The shop is very professional. They did a thorough review of the vehicle listing all good points and things needing attention especially the problem I came for. A full written report and cost estimate was emailed to me for review and authorization to proceed. My vehicle was ready for pickup before the end of the business day. Work was thorough and complete. I have found a new repair shop for my vehicle. Thank you Advanced Auto
