In respect to automotive service providers, I was satisfied with the service I received. The customer service was OK and they didn't keep me waiting too long. They completed the oil change on our vehicle and asked if we wanted to replace 2 front running lites on our Chevrolet HHR before they went and provided the service. I appreciated that they asked me first before completing those work tasks.

Once again, the crew at Advanced Repair impressed me with world-class service. I bring my car from the Twin Cities for regular service appointments, with a list of things to inspect and perform if necessary. My list is always longer than what is absolutely necessary, along with inspection results that inform me what will be due next time. They always take the time to recommend items and if there is a NAPA deal on that item at the time. Jamey took the time to read through a Toyota recall that I received, and concluded that it didn't include my car. This time it was BOGO on wipers and a deal on new-tech dim beams in pairs. The price was not only reasonable for the lamps, it included installation as well. These are the items that other shops absolutely rip people off with. Honesty, integrity and quality are seldom found - much less all in one spot. Folks, if you aren't currently a customer of this shop, become one today. Your best results are to make an appointment in advance if you have multiple items. They won't let you down.

Advanced Repair was able to tell me all of the issues going on with my car and explained to me the main things that should be fixed and what can wait. They are honest and have great customer service. I also love that I can get in right away, if anything I might have to wait a day or two. It is always hard to find a trusted auto body shop that will tell you like it is but this is definitely one them!

I went in for an oil change. They got my car in and out very quickly. Also explained everything that was done and why I may be having some problems. Great experience and will not go anywhere else.

They were able to locate an oil leak I have had for a little while and then fix it. They talked me through what they were going to have to do to fix it.

Very prompt in changing my Oil and even fixing a loose bolt in the steering wheel.

Very helpful and pleasant staff! Also very convenient and quick!
